Start a classify job

/cases/:caseId/classify

Send inline rows (at most 1,000 rows or 10 MB), rows.source upload (then send the file in blocks to upload/blocks/{index} and call commit), or record keys of the knowledge base (at most 10,000). The tree, memo and records table versions are pinned when the job starts.
