Export classify results as CSV

GET 
/cases/:caseId/classify/:jobId/results.csv

Streams one row per result with input columns, code and path per target level, flags, alternative, evidence keys, memo version and review state. Cells starting with =, +, -, @ or a tab are prefixed with an apostrophe. Accepts the same filters and routing override as the results endpoint.
